1. Website and electronic services
These Terms govern the NorroSoft website operated by the Polish company identified above ("NorroSoft", "we" or "us"). They cover free access to our company and service information, articles, website search and electronic enquiry facilities when available. You may save or print these Terms using your browser, or request a copy by emailing [email protected].
These are also our terms for electronic services under the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. Access to a page or search begins when you use that feature and ends when you leave it. The enquiry facility begins when you submit your message; the related correspondence ends when your request has been answered or you ask us to stop, subject to any separate agreement or legal obligation.
The website does not provide functioning user accounts, online ordering or payment facilities. We do not charge for using its features; your own internet or communications provider may charge you. Any paid engagement requires a separate agreement.
2. Technical requirements and acceptable use
You need an internet connection and a current browser capable of displaying HTML and CSS. JavaScript enables search and certain navigation features. Contact facilities may require session cookies, and email correspondence requires a working email address. Disabling these functions may limit the relevant feature. See our Privacy Policy for information about cookies and personal data.
Use the website lawfully and with respect for other people and our systems. In particular, do not:
- Send unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or infringing content, or disclose another person's confidential information without authority.
- Introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website's security or operation.
- Send spam, impersonate another person or submit deliberately misleading contact details.
- Use automated requests that disrupt the website or bypass reasonable security restrictions.
Online communications can involve phishing, malicious links and interception risks. Keep your browser and security software updated, check the destination before sending information, and verify unexpected payment or credential requests through a known contact. We may proportionately restrict abusive traffic or unlawful use to protect the service and its users.
3. Enquiries and project agreements
You can contact us at [email protected] or use the enquiry form when enabled. Provide accurate details and enough information to explain your request. The form identifies required fields; company information is optional. If essential information is missing, we may need clarification before responding.
Sending an enquiry requests a response; it does not place an order, reserve development capacity or commit either party to a paid project. An automated submission confirmation acknowledges receipt only. Scope, fees, schedules, acceptance criteria, support, confidentiality and ownership of project deliverables are agreed separately. Website descriptions provide general information and are not a binding quotation.
Please send only information reasonably needed for the initial discussion. Avoid passwords, payment credentials, health information or other sensitive data. If your project requires confidential material, contact us first to agree an appropriate method and any confidentiality arrangements. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy; submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
4. Website content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs and software may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or their respective owners. You may browse the website, link to its public pages, and download or print material for your own reference. Keep any ownership notices intact.
Other reproduction, republication, modification or commercial exploitation requires the relevant rights holder's permission unless an applicable licence or law permits it. These Terms do not restrict statutory exceptions or rights granted by third-party licences. Website access does not transfer ownership of our materials or authorise use of our branding in a way that suggests an endorsement.
Articles offer general information for planning and discussion. They do not replace advice based on your particular systems, requirements or circumstances. Any rights in commissioned software or other project deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement.
5. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to maintain useful, accurate information and a functioning website. Content may change, and errors or interruptions may occur. Maintenance, technical faults or security incidents may temporarily affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that general information will meet every visitor's needs. Please report material errors or access problems using the contact details below.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or reference. Their operators control their content and practices; visiting them may involve separate terms and privacy notices. Our responsibility for this website remains subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory remedy available to you.
6. Website complaints
Send complaints about the website or its electronic services to [email protected], or by post to NorroSoft, ul. Krucza 50, lok. P.2, 00-025 Warszawa, Poland. Describe the issue, when it occurred, the relevant page or feature, your requested resolution and how we can reply. Supporting details are helpful, but no particular complaint form is required.
We will respond within 14 calendar days of receiving your complaint, by email or another durable medium appropriate to your contact method. If clarification is needed, we will request it without reducing any statutory rights or extending an applicable legal deadline. This procedure does not prevent you from using other remedies provided by law.
7. Applicable law and protected rights
Polish law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply, including those preserved by Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation. Any legally applicable protections for individual entrepreneurs also remain unaffected.
Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law. These Terms do not impose an exclusive court or compulsory arbitration. If a provision is unenforceable, applicable law governs that issue; the remaining provisions continue only to the extent legally permitted.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to website features, legal requirements or our contact details. We will publish the revised version with its effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an existing project agreement or remove rights arising before the change. You can stop using the website at any time. For questions about these Terms or an earlier version, email [email protected].
